Zoning Ordinance

The Zoning Ordinance regulates land use within the City of Savage to ensure public health, safety, and general welfare in accordance with the official Comprehensive Plan of the City.    The Zoning Ordinance divides the City into districts on the official Zoning Map and establishes regulations pertaining to the use of land within those districts.  Also included in the Zoning Ordinance are regulations pertaining to parking, signage, landscaping and the floodplain and overlay districts that govern development within the Hamilton District and environmentally sensitive areas.
