The
Finance Department is responsible for providing support services to all city departments. This includes
processing payments to vendors, receipting payments for city services, payroll, and general accounting
transactions. Other services include cash management and banking relationships, debt management, risk
management and loss control, and overseeing the City's information systems. In addition, the Department
is responsible for the preparation of the budget, annual financial report, and a 5-year capital improvement plan.
The Finance Department includes a staff of 4 people.
