In an effort to preserve Savage's natural resources and open space, the City continues to add acreage to its park system. Below are parks currently under construction or planned for construction.

South Savage Park and Trail Overlay

The City of Savage has approved a plan that would preserve a trail corridor along Credit River in South Savage.  Trail connections would be provided to 154th St., Murphy Hanrehan Park Reserve, County Road 27 and north to Boudin's Acres Park.

Redtail Ridge Park

The City of Savage has purchased 10 acres north of 154th steet and east of Co. Rd. 27.  The park is adjacent to the ISD 719 Redtail Ridge Elementary School site.  Work began in the fall of 2007 in conjunction with the school site.
