NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, May 23, 2024, to receive public comment on a request preliminary plat and variance to allow the construction of a single-family dwelling without a basement, as required in Sections 151.07(D) and 152.033(F), respectively, of the City of Savage Code on property legally described as Outlot A, South Hamilton Woods 2nd Addition, Scott County, Minnesota.
