Administration

The Administration Department, led by the City Administrator, includes the City Clerk, Communications, and IT divisions. These divisions provide services for the city including holding elections, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing information to residents and businesses.

The Administration Department is responsible for executing the citywide goals and policies adopted by the City Council.

What documents do I need to provide?

Each business has had a unique experience with the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for follow-up documentation.
What expenses are eligible?

There are two categories of eligible expenses. 1) costs associated with responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, and 2) e-commerce.

The costs associated with responding to the pandemic need to be incurred after March 11, 2021, and before the grant is applied for.
The City believes e-commerce technology would better position businesses to respond to a health crisis in the future. To assist with this, the Small Business Recovery Grant Program will reimburse expenses for new e-commerce software purchased after March 11, 2021 and will also reimburse for e-commerce expenses after the grant is applied for.
What if I want to purchase e-commerce software, but need financing?

The City is using NextStage, Inc. to administer the Small Business Recovery Grant Program. They also provide financing and may be able to assist or connect businesses to other financing entities.
