Meeting rooms available for Savage residents

The City of Savage has meeting rooms available for Savage residents, groups, and/or businesses to reserve. Please stop by City Hall and speak with our front desk receptionist or call 952-882-2660 for questions and availability. Completed Meeting Room Request Forms may be emailed to comments@cityofsavage.com or faxed to 952-882-2656. Please refer to the reservation policy for information and restrictions that apply.

Marion/Marietta Hall (Community Room)

The City of Savage encourages the community to rent City facilities. The Marion/Marietta Room in City Hall is a large conference room available for Savage residents, Savage businesses, and non-profit organizations to conduct meetings.  Please visit our front desk receptionist or call 952-882-2660 for questions and availability.

Room Rate

• $25 per four hour block (Monday-Thursday)
• $50 per four hour block (Friday-Sunday, and holidays)

Oxford Conference Room

The Oxford room is available to Savage residents and Savage non-profit businesses free of charge. Please visit our front desk receptionist or call 952-882-2660 for questions and availability.

McHenry Conference Room

The McHenry room is available to Savage residents and Savage non-profit businesses free of charge. Please visit our front desk receptionist or call 952-882-2660 for questions and availability.
