The City of Savage is partnering with local residential rental property owners to make our city a safer place to live. Not only is it important for emergency services to know who to contact in case of a property emergency, but it is also important for property owners to have a contact in the city to help address problems and answer questions.

The new Savage Residential Rental Property ordinance not only links the City and property owners, but also provides training so that property owners can learn best practices in managing their rental businesses.

Crime Free Residential Rental Property Training is provided in several Minnesota locations. Check back for future training dates.

If you are a residential rental property owner, please take a few minutes to fill out the Registration Form There is no charge for registering, but the ordinance does make it mandatory to register. Before registering, please review ordinance Residential Rental Property Registration, Title 11, Chapter 121.
