Big Sky Estates 4th Addition
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, August 8, 2024, to receive public comment on a request by Big Sky Estates Fourth Addition, LLC for a preliminary and final plat and a planned unit development amendment on property legally described as follows:
Outlots A and B, Big Sky Estates 3rd Addition, Scott County, Minnesota.
The preliminary and final plat involves platting the fourth addition of Big Sky Estates, in which there will be 32 new, single-family lots, and three outlots, and a request to amend the previously approved PUD to increase the maximum impervious surface area allowed from 38% to 45% for the fourth addition.

Conditional Use Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, August 8, 2024, to receive public comment on a requested Conditional Use Permit for impervious surface beyond the allowed 35% of the total lot area as allowed per Section 152.137(A)(7) of the City Code for the City of Savage on the property legally described as Lot 7 of Block 5 of the Trace Water 4th Addition, City of Savage, Scott County, Minnesota.
