NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, to receive public comment on

a request to consider a preliminary and final plat requesting to combine PID 269160570 and PID 269160020 into one property and requires a public hearing as required in Section 151.07 and 151.08 of the Savage Zoning Code. The proposed project is located at 5450 126 St. The two properties are two existing industrial properties that function as one property currently and no other changes or modifications are being proposed at this time. The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Scott, State of Minnesota, and is described as follows:

A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 115 North, Range 21 West, Scott County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter and running thence easterly along the north line thereof a distance of 71.1 feet; thence deflecting 90 degrees 14 minutes right a distance of 52.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing southerly along the last described line extended a distance of 226.85 feet; thence deflecting 90 degrees 14 minutes left and parallel with the north line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 824.52 feet, more or less to the centerline of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad; thence deflecting 132 degrees 2 minutes 40 seconds left on said centerline of railroad to a point 52 feet south of the north line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 16 as measured at right angles thereto; thence deflecting 47 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds left and parallel with the north line a distance of 619.13 feet, more or less to the

point of beginning: EXCEPT the easterly 26 feet thereof as lying parallel to and southwesterly of said centerline of railroad. TOGETHER WITH a strip of land for road purposes and being 60 feet in width in the Northeast Quarter and Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 115, Range 21 and lying 60 feet parallel to and south of the following described line: Line 1 described as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of said Northeast Quarter distant 71.1 feet east of the Northwest corner thereof and running thence south and parallel to the west line of

said Northeast Quarter a distance of 278.84 feet to the point of beginning; thence east and parallel to the said north line of the Northeast Quarter to its intersection with the centerline of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad and EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easterly 26 feet as lies parallel to and southwesterly of said centerline. Line 2 described as follows: Beginning at the aforementioned point of beginning and running thence westerly and parallel to the said north line of said Northeast Quarter as extended westerly, a distance of

384 feet and there terminating. NOTE: The description above creates an overlap of 0.01 feet when describing the south line of the main property in the first paragraph (distance to south line is 52.0 feet + 226.85 feet = 278.85 south of the north section line) and the north line of the strip of land for road purposes described in the remaining description. (278.84 feet south of the north section line)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, as provided for in Section 152.028 of the Savage Zoning Code, in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, to receive public comment on the following requests for a zoning map amendment from R-2 Medium Residential to Planned Residential District (PRD), a Planned Unit Development (PUD) under Section 152.420 of the Savage Zoning Code, and preliminary plat per Sections 151.07. The requested actions are to occur on property legally described as north 839.61 feet of the northwest ¼ of the southwest ¼ of the southwest ¼ lying west of east 810 feet and part of southwest ¼ of the northwest ¼ lying west of east 810 feet and south of centerline of county road 68, Section 33, T115N R21W, City of Savage, Scott County, Minnesota.
