NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, November 7, 2024, to consider amendments to multiple sections of Title 15, Chapter 152: Zoning Code related to lower potency hemp edibles and cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, testing, and product sales.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, November 7, 2024, to receive public comment on a request to allow an excess of 1,000 square feet of accessory structure, per Section 152.074(B)(3) of the Savage Zoning Code on property legally described as Lot 5, Block 1, Hampshire Ridge, Scott County, Minnesota.
