NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, June 20, 2024, to receive public comment on a request to amend a Planned Unit Development, per Section 152.427(B)(2), to allow impervious surface on a single residential lot within the Providence Subdivision to exceed 4,200 square feet, as required by Ordinance number 778 on property legally described as Lot 5, Block 3, Providence 3rd Addition, Scott County, Minnesota, or more commonly known as 13590 Kentucky Ave.
