Interested in reserving a shelter for your family reunion, birthday party or a graduation? We have several shelters to fit your needs:

Picnic shelters and warming houses are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

• All reservations require payment for reservation to be made final.
• Reservations online must be made 3 days prior to the date of use. If you are interested in making a reservation within the three day window, you may call 952-224-3420. Office hours are M-F, 7am-3:30pm.

How to Reserve

Please note: Payments are due at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. 

Reserve Online: 

• Login to your account or create an account.
• Check availability, reserve your time and submit payment online.
• Reservations online must be made 3 days prior to the date of use. If you wish to make a reservation within the three day window, use the information below to reach out to our staff for support. 

Reserve in Person/By Mail: 

• Complete the Picnic Shelter Reservation Application or a Warming House Reservation Application. Submit the Reservation Form and Payment and return to Parks and Recreation using one of the following options:

Business Hours: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
24-hour drop box available within the front door of building. If using the 24-hour drop box, do not put card information or cash in the drop box.
