Drop off your old, tangled, and broken lights in the lobby at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, between December 1 – January 15. The City will bring them to the Scott County Household Hazardous Waste Facility to be recycled. NOTE:  Scott County HHW accepts all holiday lights year-round free of charge.
