ADA Transition Plan
The city has developed a transition plan to make city streets, sidewalks and trails more accessible, as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The plan specifically addresses city policies, programs and steps needed to ensure public facilities within public right of way are ADA compliant and accessible to all individuals.

Filing a complaint
Residents with questions or concerns regarding accessibility are encouraged to contact the City of Savage's Engineering Department by phone or email.
The City of Savage is committed to making all city programs, services, and activities accessible to everyone. Most complaints can be resolved without resorting to lengthy and costly procedures. If however, you reach at a point where it is necessary to file a formal complaint, please complete the fillable complaint form (PDF) and return it to the engineer director.
