This is the current 2024-25 schedule in pdf format (Not updated as quickly as the calendar below).  Please note, that the Legend Key listed below is only to be used with the interactive calendar below, not these pdf's:  November  December  January  February  March  April 

 Step 1: Go to the week or month you are interested in reserving a time. To toggle between weekly and monthly schedules, click the calendar icon on the right-hand side next to the print icon. Use the forward or backward arrows as needed to see the week or month desired. 

Step 2:  Check if the SSC Whole Turf (which includes Fields 1, 2 and 3)  is reserved. To do this, use the Legend Key, deselect all and then only select SSC Whole Turf. This will show you the days/times when the entire SSC is reserved and no other field reservations are available.  

Step 3: To see if a field is available, use the Legend Key and select SSC Whole Turf + the Field(s) you are interested in. This will show you what is reserved. If the field that you have selected is not listed, it is available to rent only if the SSC Whole Turf is not reserved for that day/time you are interested in.

Step 4:  To see if a batting cage is available, use the Legend Key and select SSC Whole Turf + the batting cage(s) you are interested in. This will show you what is reserved. If the batting cage(s) you have selected is not listed, it is available to rent but only if the SSC Whole Turf is not reserved for that day/time you are interested in.
